Project Management

Arno has been a businessman at heart from a young age, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  From his initial startup (a drop-shipping company), to starting his own Barmetrix (food and beverage analysis and management company) in Los Angeles, Arno has always had a love for business, numbers and operations.

Finding his passion with hospitality and helping operators provide the best experience to guests, Arno continued his dedication to learning more in order to serve the hospitality community. With nearly a decade under his belt as owner of Barmetrix LA, he has learned the intricacies of inventory management, inventory flow and analyzing the disparity between profitability expectations and reality (after taking into account loss, waste, and theft). During his tenure, he helped coach the largest hospitality groups in Los Angeles, to achieve maximum profitability in both front and back of house operations. Arno has also he helped implement systems that were instrumental in ensuring those profits were realized in the future with sustainable, repeatable and scalable solutions. 


Understanding that being able to create a tangible plan for projects with clients was paramount for success, Arno furthered his understanding of the best practices in project management. Ever curious to find more ways to drive value to clients, he pursued and achieved his PMP certification, and has worked several companies to streamline their operations, and to implement controls and systems to ensure their success.

Now, serving as the primary project manager and resident expert in inventory management for Invictus Hospitality, Arno continues to strive to ensure that all hospitality professionals (both seasoned and aspiring), are ready to tackle this industry and realize their dream.
