Gary Hamilton

Construction

Gary is a highly experienced construction professional who has worked in every facet of the construction business in several states throughout the country, with nearly 40 years of experience. Most importantly, Gary is probably the most honest and likable General Contractor in the business – which are attributes which usually do not go together.

Gary’s expansive experience has included being an Owner’s Representative for numerous hospitality developments (which have included hotels, restaurants, and bars), as well as historical renovations and adaptive reuse projects.

Gary has also owned a general contracting firm inf California and Texas, and has specialized in commercial construction and interior tenant improvement build-outs, and delivered numerous successful projects on budget and on time. Gary experience has included overseeing internal staff of 23 people, cost estimating, accounting, project management, and construction supervision, while maintaining a pipeline of 10 – 15 ongoing projects with values ranging from $250,000 to $75 million each, including notable project such as the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse in Dalls, the Joule Hotel development project and Lumen Hotel expansion in Dallas, the Industry Hills Equestrian Center in California, the Petersen Publishing Building in Beverly Hills, and the UCLA Gonda (Goldschmied) Neuroscience and Genetics Research Center in Los Angeles – just to name a few.

Gary’s expertise in hospitality related construction makes him an invaluable part of the Invictus team, and a major asset to our clients’ ability to properly budget, manage, and complete their projects in a timely manner and on budget.
